Winter rates: September 26 – June 12: Nightly: $150-$250 per day

Summer rates: June 12 – September 25: Nightly: $175-$350 per day

Holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, 4 night minimum

Hood to Coast Run and Labor Day, 3 night minimum

Rental Reservation Policy: 50% deposit on acceptance of booking
Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check-in
Deposits refunded up to 31 days prior to check-in
No refunds 30 days prior to check-in
All stays require $450 damage deposit refundable ten days after check-out
Cleaning fee $35-$125  (depending on number of guests)
